Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 №2297-VI and other normative legal acts of Ukraine. Visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") who use the online store owned by the Owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administrator").

Using the site means the Buyer’s consent to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing personal data. If the Buyer disagrees with any of the provisions, they must stop using the site.

2.4. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time without prior notice to the Buyers. New versions of the Policy take effect upon publication on the Site.

3. Collection of Personal Data

• Administrator’s partners to ensure delivery of goods;
• government authorities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

7. Protection of Personal Data

7.1. The Administrator takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data from unlawful processing and unauthorized access.

7.2. To ensure the security of personal data processing, cryptographic protection tools, antivirus programs, and organizational measures are used.

8. Buyer’s Rights

8.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• access their personal data;
• require correction of inaccuracies in their personal data;
• require deletion of their personal data, if it does not contradict the legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. To exercise their rights, the Buyer can contact the Administrator through the contact information provided on the Site.

9. Liability

9.1. The Administrator is not liable for the disclosure of personal data if:

• the personal data became public before their loss or disclosure;
• the personal data was obtained from a third party before being received by the Administrator;
• the disclosure occurred due to the Buyer’s actions.

9.2. The Administrator is not liable for any damages or inconveniences related to the use of the Buyer’s personal data if such damages arose due to the unlawful actions of third parties or the Buyer.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

10.1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The new terms of the Policy take effect upon publication on the Site.

10.2. Continued use of the Site after changes are made means the Buyer’s consent to the new terms of the Policy.
